This is a 10,000 lb Rated V-strap with 3' arm lengths and twisted hook end fittings. There is a stamped delta ring in the center to connect to your winch or come-along. This is the easiest way to winch your car into the trailer. It's important to remember that you can not "count" your winch cable as one of the 4 required tie down points....it might help a bit but winches are not designed or rated as cargo control devices.
